Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:  All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic & International Shipping:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Domestic shipping is free on orders over $35. 

International Shipping:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Expected Delivery – Domestic:  Packages sent domestically by USPS is expected within 2 to 7 days from date of mailing.  Delivery delays can occur due to circumstances outside of Rogue Stitchery’s control, including high volume with USPS, postal service problems, pandemic-related shutdowns, etc.  Please allow at least 10 days for delivery of your package.  Rogue Stitchery will decide on a case-by-case basis regarding replacements and/or refunds.

Expected Delivery – International:  For international packages, delivery is expected within 3 to 5 weeks.  Delivery delays can occur due to circumstances outside of Rogue Stitchery’s control.  Factors affecting delivery include volume of orders leaving a US port, global transportation issues, delays related to destination countries, etc.  Please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery of your package.  Rogue Stitchery will decide on a case-by-case basis regarding replacements and/or refunds.
