Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital items (such as downloadable patterns and files). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
No returns during Covid-19 Pandemic
Until the Covid-19 pandemic has subsided, we are unable to accept returned products. Should you find anything unsatisfactory about your order, please contact us at roguestitchery@yahoo.com. We will do our best to alleviate any concerns you may have. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
